The 2004 Caro is a dark and complex wine. Polished with lots of structure, this Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec blend has great depth and character. Upon decanting, wonderful aromas of violets, tobacco and black currants blend?seamlessly with flavors of dark cherry, coffee and cedar notes. Firm tannins and an elegant finish make this a wonderful wine, worthy of cellaring for 4 to 5 years.
